This kits contains 3D printed reproductions of the very same woodblocks Katsushika Hokusai used to create the Great Wave Off Kanagawa.
Learn how this iconic print was made by experiencing the process yourself, step by step. The 3D printed woodblocks included are the same ones we use for our own workshops and have high fidelity to the original work, with proper care, they are reusable for many impressions.

You will need to provide:
Heavyweight art paper , water-colour paper or acrylic paper is best. Minimum size A4, or larger to have a border.
1 x baren, tool for applying pressure to transfer the paint to paper. Any hand-held object with a flat bottom like a jam jar, can be used.
Flat bottomed sponges or sponge roller to apply paint to the 'woodblocks'
Some adhesive tape, water and an old dinner plate for mixing paint are required (not included).
