3D Print: Skinnymals, Polarbear and DIY 'Skinnymold' for clay
Here you can download and print your own 'Skinnymal' an internal support to sculpt a clay model of Pompon's famous polar bear. I have also included matching model of the Polarbear to use as a visual reference and full instructions.
Sculptures made with 3D printed Skinnymal cannot be fired so you should use self drying clay and maybe paint it afterwards. However, in you want to fire your sculpture, you can make a 100% clay Skinnymal using the mold included here. Just use clingfilm on both sides to make sure the clay Skinnymal does not stick to the mold.

I would use 0.4mm nozzle for the reference model since you want some good detail to work from.
A larger nozzle is fine if you aren't running 0.4mm, for the Skinnymal because it will be hidden anyway. A plus for larger nozzles is also that the clay will stick well to rougher models.
As for supports, some support is essential due to overhangs. I have set 60 degrees as my overhang threshold, to minimise unnecessary supports.
As for infill, 15% is enough.
